Gypsy roll

Placing the highest denomination note, like a c note on the bottom of a stack of bills and then folding it up to give the appearance that you have a stack of c note's, or in any case a lot more money than you actually have. Primarily used for showing off or showin up.
How much money you got son, (pulls out the gypsy roll), "I got enough" - "Oh, oh, oh, we got us a high roller up in here"

Forget the historical defs.

'Gypsy' is usually prefixed by 'Thieving' because that's what nearly all of them do. They are filthy, dishonest rip-off merchants, and that's just their children. They are NOT cool - at all! As in 11 above, they do indeed carry stolen gear in their Transit vans, that is when they're not hauling off monoblock/garden rubbish/gas canisters to dump anywhere and blight the environment. They also shit into poly bags,which they leave scattered around their sites. The men are lazy workers (bit of any oxymoron, that!), and they travel the country in vehicles that have forged documents, and have no insurance.
They are scum, period!

Gapster

A person who attempts to appear, act, and advertise themselves as a hipster in a failed manner, normally through the breaching of connective ties by purchasing a closely but not quite similiar styling of clothing through mainstream reatailers like "The Gap."
A Gapster could be a person in Williamsburg, Brooklyn New York that has recently moved there from Manhattan with a P.H.D. in Pharmaceuticals who attempts to appear unclean and unkempt like his/her peers by wearing fashions pre-made for him/her through a major retailer, instead of not showering and being faux-poor through meticulously careful planning like a normal hipster.
