Dude, I just bought this new 17" with 1024x768 resolution, but I got total screenis envy when I saw the new Apple 30" cinema display with 2560x1600 resolution.

the envy corps

A rock band from south central Iowa (the Des Moines/Ames area). They play music that sounds similar to acts like Radiohead, Sigur Ros, and Coldplay. The members of The Envy Corps are (in alphabetical order) Brandon Darner, Luke Pettipoole, David Yoshimura, and Scott Yoshimura.

A theory derived from classical Freudian psychology, Pannus Envy stems from the subconcious fixation on those who themselves have, or are physically near a large pannus.

when a man is jealous of his wife or girlfriend's relationship with his female colleagues. Usually occurs because said man is afraid that his worlds are colliding and there may be unwanted transfer of information between the females, or that in the course of their innocent conversation over a hot beverage they will end up in bed together. this causes extra confusion for the male as he is torn as to wether he actually likes this idea.

Man 1: I've got to stop my wife having coffee with my suckutary

man 2: why ?
Man 1 : I'm worried they will start discussing me and my wife will find out all my secrets!! or worse still coffee will turn into lesbian sex.

tv envy

a situation where one is jealous because their friend/neighbor has a bigger tv (usually plasma/HD) than they do.

I had a big time case of tv envy when Biff got a 50" plasma set for the Super Bowl and I'm stuck with my 13" black and white.

birthday envy

The feeling a child (or immature adult) gets when it's somebody elses birthday and not their own.

(Personally, I'm good as long as I still get cake and ice cream.)

Girl 1: "I can't wait until Monica sees what I bought for her birthday...what did you get her?"
