He's sweet, kind, caring, generous, trustworthy, considerate, honest, and just... perfect. No one can top Dalen, it's an impossibility. Someone who is a bumbler or a slacker. The term arose after an incident in which a number was inadvertantly dialed after the phone's owner had placed the phone in his back pocket.

Bob did nothing but wilf on his computer all day--he's such and ass dialer. (or) Jack tied his shoes together and then tried to walk home like the ass dialer that he is.
