Tar Tar Binks

Tar Tar Binks is a name to mockingly call someone being extremely stupid or "retarded"

The name comes from "Jar Jar binks" from the film series of the Star Wars™ Prequels (Lego™ Star Wars™) combined with the offensive term "retard"

It Has been used in in several pieces of media including, "When the going gets goth", and "Super Mario Logan (SML)"

An awkward individual, most likely a mouth-breather, who loves to look at ladies and devise diabolical plans to acquire them as his own. This person most likely giggles like a girl/hyena, is as lovable as a teddy bear, and stands behind you like a creeper and breathes right in your ear.
