Any conversation that goes round and round with no real outcome or decision, usually because too many people involved have no idea what they are talking about and either conflate multiple issues or use words that make sense on their own but together make no sense at all.

Any discussion with RK is bound to end up a conversation of circulosity. They really don't have a clue.
