Someone who has a whatever attitude and shows apathy towards people during a conversation. Anyone who doesn't care about anyone and ignores everyone because they just don't give a shit.

I told Jay that I wanted a divorce and he said "Whatever I don't care." He just didn't give a shit because he is an asshole with no empathy.
