Volume Andy is a term used by Asmongold to describe a person in Twitch chat who complains that the video being watched on stream has low volume, so they ask the streamer to turn it up.

A: Can you turn up the news?
B: You're such a volume Andy.

2 people in chat: turn it up, we can't hear anything
A: Two people have said that the video volume is low. Should I turn it up?
C: No, it's fine.
A: Time out any volume andy who says it's too low.
