A person who can't kill a single thing in CSGO, for exampel a classic "tutten" will miss an entire negev clip on a non moving target.

Tutten is also a person who bumps every thing there is to bump on rocket league.

OMG that guy is such a tutten. Always fucking his own team up really bad.

should any and all tutero be prosecuted for their comments? Probably not, since it would amount to taking away their right to free speech. However it is your right to verbally confront this tutero in the chat room/blog and tell them that you feel offended by their comments.
