MOS 0211 or Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) specialist in the Marine Corps. Devil Spies are more HUMINT collectors than counterintelligence agents (unlike ACI or AFOSI Region 7). Most leathernecks who reclassify MOS billets into moves are 0200s or Basic Intelligence Marines. However, any MOS can reclassify MOS through a lateral move into the 0211 MOS billet. The MAGTF CI/HUMINT specialist basic course is located on Naval Base Dam Neck, VA (MARDET Dam Neck), on the grounds of the Naval Intelligence School. All applicants must be an E-4 or corporal before reclassifying MOS billets.
Devil Spies or 0211s often wear civilian attire and typically have long hair and shaving profiles. Many Black Marines were often reclassified into the 0211 MOS so that they could grow their hair and rock shaving profiles. Most devil spies left after their average 6-year contract expired and couldn't re-enlist due to a 100% VA-Service Connected Disability. Most devil spies often work in law enforcement (Federal Security Sector), the Intelligence Community (IC), Homeland Security, or most contractor jobs with a 6-figure pay.
