A scarbella is a form of weather protection for ravers in the smoking area with no umbrella during rough weather conditions. Using a jumper to dangle over you're head like a scarf, you can create a temporary umbrella to protect against rain and wind, as a result cross-breeding a scarf with an umbrella to form an scarbella.
