rater hater

People who specifically downrate something to 1 star, just to get the person's rating to drop down to a lower rank.(i.e. webpage, upload, etc.)

Example 1: That guy is a total rater hater! My upload was 5 stars and now it's only 4. That loser must of rated it 1 star!

Example 2: Damn, you got rated hated by someone.

Rathead

A rathead is a person whose mental capacity is severely restricted by their big headedness and arrogance. They tend to exhibit idiotic, stupid behavior.

This is the name given to a British Community Support Police Officer. As they are usually volunteers they are known as fake police or fake 'pig' hence the name Fake Bacon or Turkey Rasher

Rutherford B. Hayes

Rutherford Birchard Hayes-- the epitome of a Presidential cheater. The year was 1867, the former Confederacy was in shambles and occupied by the military, and Reconstruction was a nightmare. Seeing three different policies ranging from lenience toward to the south to radical Republican control, rebuilding the nation was almost an impossible task. Hayes, a native Ohioan and Civil War veteran, saw this turmoil as a way to achieve his political goals. The 1876 election that pitted him against Samuel Tilden of New York ended in his election, known as one of the "corrupt bargain" elections. Basically, Hayes cheated.

Another way to call somebody a retard. Raterd is catchy and is less offensive to say publicly than the word retard is. The only difference between the two words is that the 'e' and 'a' of retard are switched.
