Usually when you have so many plans for so many people , you get dataed because you can't think straight

Data Guilt

When you believe that the data your have in your computer system is more messed up than the data in everyone else system.

I've got Data Guilt. I'm embarrassed every time I run a report. I'm afraid to ask my team to clean up our Salesforce - our data is so much worse than the customer service system's data.

Beholder data

Data that is created by you but stored and owned by a company. The company displays it to you but you do not have any rights to it. Typically the company says it's not used by anyone else but you and you have the rights to it but in practice the data is really hard to download or use by anything else than the company's own products.

- Hey, the data is harmless let Google have it. I mean what can they do with it?
- What if you want to use it to something else, like controlling your Samsung device?
- I can just download it, no problem, right?
- Nah man, its beholder data only.

Data Hound

Someone that digs through sheets and sheets of data to find a single entry, event, etc.

There was an error last night and we're not sure what happened; let's ask Mike to look at the logs, he's a real data hound.

An entity (i.e. person or machine) which uses data they do not have permission to use, in a way that is malicious and/or exploitative.

I heard Northwind Group's web servers were breached and they were held to ransom by data bandits.
