Charles Anime

An animated television series created in Japan featuring a male main character who is completely inept at life. He has the uncanny ability, however, to attract multiple people of the opposite sex who happen to be popular, beautiful, and unexplainably interested in him. There is no action or adventure in a charles anime, and the plot typically orbits around the main character pissing off all of the female characters only to make them like him more.

Bill: What the hell was that garbage?
Ken: That was a Charles Anime.
Charles: THAT WAS AWESOME!

2. A great form of entertainment with a very wide variety of interests, ranging from sports to action to romance. Can be separated into different categories, most popular being shounen and shojo. Shounen being anime more action-oriented targeting boys, and shojo more romance-oriented targeting girls.
3. Not always hentai.

Person 1: I'm going to go watch some anime!
Idiot: Ew! Isn't that hentai?
Person 2: I love anime!
