Bell Cup

A device used to insert the tip of your penis when an occurance of burning is experienced.

Real world example: A memeber of your family has placed a timer based airfreshener ontop of the toilet tank. During a 3am piss this goes off onto you exposed penis causing a sudden burning sensations. In an effort to stop such burning you use a cup filled with water to place the tip of your penis.
