Veggin'

A sort of laidback vegan. Someone who is a vegetarian, but also prefers not to eat dairy or eggs when it doesn't inconvenience or insult other people.

Person 1: I told my Mom you were a vegan, but she put alfredo sauce over the pasta anyway. You could just eat the salad, but I think she'd be offended.

Person 2: As long as it doesn't have any meat, that's okay. I wouldn't want to inconvenience your family, so I'll just be a Veggin' for tonight.
