Pushin P means to do good things or be "valid". Pushin P is more of a life style, or a morale.

This is Pushin P: " Bro I just coped these new Bart Simpson shoes,(real shoes) and I have been working super hard to get them."

Not Pushin P: " Hey look what I got ( knowing damn well that he has to pay the other dude back ) ( other person looks ) " wow those are fire. But remember you said that you were going to pay me back tho?" ( main dude starts talking )" oh yeah um...... i got you the next time i get my pay check".

See the main dude knew that he had to pay the other dude back, but he still bought the shoes.
