A sarcastic term for someone's making too big a deal out of something, either by verbosely crowing about it or by asking others to show excessive attention/respect to said trivial matter/object.

So you got an acceptance-letter from the local community-college --- like, wow! --- those enrollment-desperate academic honchos will take just about anyone, so it's really no significant praise or great honor directed your way. Whatcha gonna do with the letter --- frame it and hang it on the wall?!??

Basically just a really hard timing.

When you smoke enough weed that you see everything in 'frames', (when really it's only because you're blinking a lot and don't know that you're blinking, you think life is like a 'book's pages flipping by really fast').

When I greened out at the party when I was fifteen I was totally framing, it freaked me out.

Frampton Cotterell

Frampton Cotterell is quite a mixed little place. On the edge of the Ghetto that is Bristol, It has a varied mix of inhabitants. From low-rent chavs, up to not quite as low-rent chavs, you are always guarenteed an interesting time. Frampton Cotterell only really comes into its own (literally) when the sun goes down. Whether its being asked to buy White Lightining by the local hoodies just out of Highcroft, to being offered Tostrifomen by people with six fingers.

I went to Frampton Cotterell the other day. Never again.

Have you tried that tostrifomen? Its good shit dude.

Riding Frame

When you lean the seat back to where your head in parallel to the frame of the car in the middle. This keeps you safe from getting shot in the head and also looks totally dope.
