"Talking Extra Loud on My Phone"; verb. A defense tactic used to counteract the annoying disturbance caused by another, less courteous, cell phone user. May also be used against generally loud, obnoxious talkers.

My roommate was being really loud and annoying as usual, so I TELoMP'ed her with several conversations I saved up for the specific purpose of surviving such an onslaught of rudeness.
