to totally loose your shit esp. when speaking on a phone to your former significant other. characterized by the sustained inability to speak without screaming as though your genitals were ablaze. Eduardo Manos Locos

This is very similar to doing the Edward 40 hands game but instead four lokos are taped to the hands as opposed to 40s. Although in theory this seems like a great idea, do not be fooled, the next mornings hangover will be an awful experience.

- "Hey man you wanna take it up a notch and do Eduardo Manos Locos?"
- Hell yeah! Sounds like a great idea!"

east side locos

A gang located in Caldwell,Idaho, with it's original roots from VLT (Varrio Loco Trece) a gang from Texas. ESL's varrio is located on the east side of Caldwell, and their main rivals are the West Side Loma Locos also from Caldwell. They are also rivals with North Side Nampa. ESL claims the number 13 or trece. (ie-ESL13). Many of ESL's veteranos are currently incarcerated in state prisons, some as a result of putting in work against the Lomas.
