A Person who is overall stupid. They will most likely get made if you spell they're name wrong and spell it as Phoebe. They most likely love video games and acting stupid with they're friends. They don't really care if someone insults them but it someone insults their friends then they will get angry. They don't go outside much and they mainly wear baggy clothing.
