The admins of these accounts are usually part of the black or Latin community. They usually ridicule and make fun of white people as a subtle form of racism. The captions are usually along with lines of “I- LAMSOSKWKQSKAO”. They refer to anyone who isn’t on their level of stupidity as “locals”, when in reality anyone would rather be a local than whatever the fuck these ratchet ass bitches are.
