N.: A made-up syndrome describing one who creates new non-standard usages on the internet, in the hopes that it will a: be fresh, cool, funny, or all of the above; or b: find its way into common usage.

The internet version of open book. Usually used when referring to a teacher letting you use your laptop and the internet during a test.
