Lodge Brother

Somewhat dismissive term for an American male who is an anachronistic throwback to the 1950s; not a teen rock-n-roll enthusiast of the era, but the parent of a Boomer.

Typically conservative WWII vet, tangentially racist ("those goddam xxxx are taking over this country, I swear"), heavy drinker, generally a member of a bowling league and of the Elks, VFW, KofC or Moose from the 1950s through the '70s. Probably still keeps bowling trophies from that era on a china closet in the dining room.

Sadly, a dying breed in American culture.

Original reference credited to Ren & Stimpy animator John Kricsfalusi, referring to his character "George Liquor" as "a real Lodge Brother from the 50s." In more familiar terms, think Flintstones or Ralph Kramden.

Naked Brothers Band

a group of young boys and a girl who are trying their hardest to express themselves in music. It doesn't matter whether jerks like the people above like them or not because they're still going to continue making music. They are actually not that bad because they make their own songs, which many people like (whether you do or not---or else they wouldn't have their own show continuing on a second season)and have been doing so since they were 4 years old. If you don't like them, leave them alone and don't waste your time making a rude commentary about them when you could be doing something else that's actually useful.

don't be jealous just because you can't hit it big and play an instrument or have a voice that actually sounds good.
btw: they're kids, they'll grow and get into puberty later. They're enjoying being kids, something older jerks obviously regret not doing and wish they did.

the jonas brothes are a band of brothers, nickolas,joseph, and kevin (the 2nd),people call the JB or the jobros and i love them alot! in my opinion nick is the cutest. he is the youngest in the band.they have a littler brother who is to young to be in the band, and the magazines say he dosn't want to,he wants to start his own band, his name is frankie, and he is 8 years old at the time.
