Some one who somokes marijuana all the time, and is constantly looking to get high.24/7 once they come down from their high, they get stoned again. Mostly a neggative person that acts like a rat always trying to smoke pot and smokes the blunt or joint past the roach.always talks neggatively and uses sarcasm like a buster

Bill: hey man. Terry is such a damn pot rat .
Tom: hell yeah he is always trying to get high with us for free and talks shit all the time.

member of a group of girls who would under no circumstance rat another rat packer out. girls who have each other's backs. some may be closer than others but as a whole, the group remains a pack. Most often in reference to the "Rat Pack" from Muskogee. The Rat Pack in Muskogee, for instance uses their own language.. Words such as rigit and bish often..

Rat Paq

Some one who tends to be no accertive, quiet and very squirrely. Pronounced " Rat PaC" this is an insult. Someone who is a jerk about sharing their weed stash or stuff like that. Oftem a mumbler.
