A protective sleeve made to go over the "jack" of instrument and other cables to keep them from getting damaged and to maintain sound quality.

I just picked up a new guitar chord and it came with Jack Caps for each end.

Standing for “bottle cap”, b-cap implies something is subpar or not of the best quality; imperfect. It evolved through localised slang before spreading further across the world.

It can also be used as a cleaner way of saying “bs” or “bullshit”
