bad fat

A girl with bad fat eats fast food every evening followed by a Ben&Jerry's. This contributes to bad fat which gives her a huge flat ass, hanging boobs, sticking out belly, and in the more severe cases a double chin.

These types of girls are bad catches and should be avoided, unless she is a friend of a hot girl of course...

Fat Vac

The Fat Vac is the slang term for the machine used to perform liposuction. Fat Vac is the abbreviation of Fat Vacuum. It has the same meaning as Vacuumed

This term was popularized by the TV show Scrubs when Jordan shouts out "Fire up the fat vac!" referring to Liposuction.

Jordan: Fire up the fat vac! Mama Needs some Lipo.

Skinny-fat

Being "skinny-fat" occurs when you have a BMI in the normal range, and you may have thin limbs, but your waist circumference is very high making you abdominally overweight. You therefore have a similar risk to those who are *directly* overweight, because a huge waist is always bad regardless of your BMI.

He is skinny-fat because although he burns more calories than he consumes, he still is a major alcoholic and this gives him excess belly fat despite being otherwise a healthy weight.
