inclement weather

"Inclement weather" means unpleasant weather, which is stormy, rainy, or snowy weather. However, the phrase inclimate weather often is mistakenly used when the speaker really means "inclement" weather.
Amos: This is the coldest summer we have had on record. We need to do something about anthropogenic climate change.

Ignore Amos: Dude, there ain't no global warming! It's colder than usual this week, and don't you remember that inclimate weather we had this winter? That was cold, too!

Amos: Anthropogenic climate change does not mean just global warming. It also includes unseasonably cooler weather due to the melting of the polar ice caps. Furthermore, cold weather in the winter is not inclimate weather. I think "inclement weather" is what you meant to say.

earthquake weather

A period of unease preceeding a large earthquake. This is not a scientific term, although heat and humidity have been said to preceed major earthquakes.

The term can also be applied to tension between friends, possibly preceeding a fight.

Quite simply, a traitor who seems to be your friend when things are going well in your life, but will ditch you the second things start to look bad. Fair-weather friends are often very selfish with sociopathic elements in their personalities, and are usually on the prowl for a poor tool to take advantage of. Michigan Weather

Extremely unpredictable weather patterns here in Michigan. One day, it could be sunny and 90 degrees Fahrenheit, while the next day, 40 degrees Fahrenheit and thunderstorms.
This past Summer (July 2013 specifically), we had one week, Friday to Friday, where the lowest temp was 93 degrees F, very sunny and humid. The following week, the temps had cooled down to around 50-60 degrees F and cloudy. That's just one example of Michigan Weather.
