As he pulls back, the sack flings against his own gooch. This pattern repeats as intercourse continues, and the scrotum swings rapidly back and forth between gooches, thus the obvious reference to a game of tennis.

At the time they may be crying or something similar but then in a few days time this event will go down in theirs and the other teenies minds as a heroic event and they will try to bring up the topic of them vomiting at every possible opurtunity recounting the tale with them as a hero.
