The medical condition that occurs from masturbating arduously to the women's tennis championships. This puts tension on the elbow and results in tendinitis or tennis elbow. Both males and females suffer from the condition as women in short skirts are attractive no matter who you are.

A term that basically states that a person must be a douchebag if they play enough tennis to get tennis elbow, since only douches play tennis.
