mc-stake

Used about two-thirds of the way through the consumption of fast food, in particular one large outlet, when you realise it's actually really bad for you and it's not going to make you feel any good, ever. And you don't know what possessed you to buy it in the first place. Can have spelling variations - mac-stake - particularly when preceded by 'big'.
