Basically putting the lips on hot metal tube and inhaling vapor.

Dude...I'm so high, I almost started mufflering my vape RDA without the top cap. My lips would have been burnt and blistered like a herpes outbreak.

hog muffler

hog muffler is a rare insult. to muffle a hog would be dirty and pointless. So someone who would do that are also dirty and pointless. If used sexually it would be an insult to the woman (hog) and the man (muffler).
