A question that indirectly tells someone to put their mask on. When someone asks you “Do you have a mask?”, it means that masks are required and you have to wear one. It’s just a nicer way of saying it.
Security: Do you have a mask?
Guest: I don’t have a mask.
Security: A mask is required, please wear one. (gives mask to guest)
Guest: No thanks, I’d rather not.
Security: You’re gonna have to leave the mall then, since you refuse to wear a mask.
