Someone who is very unemotional, normally a killer, morally depraved. Not used as a technical diagnosis but still used sometimes

Person: Oh man it's that psychopath killer out there.
Person 2: Oh yeah I heard about it on the news earlier today, Said she is only 14 but her parents got killed in a murder so she's out for revenge.
Person: better watch out

Psychopath

Manny Heffley someone needs to stop him he is a criminal and has caused pain to everyone that comes in his way with his only excuse being 'im ownwy thwee' if you see Manny do not hesitate to call the police for he is a master manipulator and should be sentenced to life in prison.

Manny turned off electricity in to everyone else in his house to torture them and blamed it on him not being able to tie his shoes.
