1. A drunk
2. One who is generally drunk or high
3. A sucker for a good alcoholic beverage
4. One who's arm(s) are made of rubber and easily twisted

1. Everyone knew they could find Jimmy at the bar after work because he was a meesh bag.
2. Joe got himself fired from work. He was such a meesh bag he couldn't show up on time in the mornings.
3. Frank never had any money. The meesh bag spent all his money on booze and weed.
