A large, buff, young male that wears muscle shirts, shorts, longs socks, sneakers, and a hat to the side so that he resembles a monkey. Often extremely douchey.

Dude, I literally just heard that choff monkey say that libraries are the second most legit place after the gym.

This term seems to be used solely to refer to citizens of the United States of America.
