The act performed by an employer who makes software developers and other technology workers work far beyond the regular eight hour day, five day work week schedule, treats them like a pile of shit, then brings in a bunch of offshoring coordinators to train your cheaper replacements located in your company's brand new offshore office in India. The final act of job rape will be to let go the technology workers once their replacements in India have been fully trained.

The Disney IT workers in Florida were job raped in 2016; now all that work is done in India.
