An Urban Dictionary Editor is what makes peoples entries be entered. With-out them, the guidelines would be nowhere and nonsense would rule the galaxy. They spend their own time to read through peoples definitions and then accept or reject them.
Those who don't like them do not fully understand the value of them. They are kind people. They make UD stay cool and the crap out (cause we don't want to know your cat has got an anal infection, nor your girlfriend's name).
