"Donkey Biscuit" began gaining traction with Black Lives Matter supporters in Baltimore, Portland, and New York. The term is often chanted at the police as an insult, typically resulting in the officer becoming enraged and shouting back at protestors. The terms origins are unclear, but it is HIGHLY offensive to most police officers.
