Stupidity

Walking by a spot one day and seeing someone, then walking by the same spot (not 15 to 30 minutes or so later, but hours of the same day later) and seeing the same person, still in the same spot they were when you last walked by.

This guy is still here outside the front of this store just sitting there. The sun is about to go down, that is stupidity. What is he waiting for to try doing something else? A storefront is not a destination or an origin when you've been there most of the day.
