This look is usually accompanied by large circles around the eyes, and an overall impression that the person's eyes are liable to fall out at any moment. Not everyone can obtain the googly eyes look. Red Eye

Bloodshot eyes as a result of smoking weed. Something to do with THC doing something with your blood vessels in your eyes or something, I can't remember properly because I was stoned when I read it. But yeah, when you smoke weed your eyes normally go red, this is red eye.

The newest definition of dumbassery, an eye shot consists of imbibing alcohol (usually vodka) through one's eye as a way of getting the alcohol into one's system more quickly. This is, of course, an incredibly good way to end up blind.
