skeengle berry

A Skeengle berry, similar to a Dingle Berry, are the small pieces of skeet (cum/jiz/man juice/ wrotten milk/ chlorine+jelly bean smelling liquid/sperm/ semen/ humping oil/ baby gravy/ man chowder/ sour candy) that get caught in the pubic hairs above the penis, and dry until it is painful to pluck them out. Often the reason of shaving the pubic region.
