Here in the FLA, the term goon represents an illiterate black person that believes that he or she is "hard", in the sense of being gangster or "a real nigguh".

A person who is uncredibly stupid/slow.
They tend to say things without thinking how rediculous they sound.
They tend not to get jokes quickly or at all.
Generally a knob head.

Alex: 'These chips taste really potatoey.'

A derogatory term for any person who is not black and thinks, acts, and see themselves as being ghetto. People who wear Tall Tee's and wear ridiculously oversized baggy jeans without physical need and/or refer to themselves or any other non black person as "nigga" in any sentence and uses the word "nigga" repeatedly.
