(also Jimfacing, Jim facing) Is a sideways glance in reaction to events taking place. It is named after the character Jim Halpern on "the Office" (played by John Krasinski) as he often reacts with a smug sideways glance suggesting calm disbelief, or a much deeper understanding of the situation unfolding than the other people do.
