Admin

admin (v); the act of administering drugs with a syringe to oneself or another.

admin (n); a person who skillfully administers drugs with a syringe to themselves or others.
Slam, hit, point, admin; usually referring to using crystal meth but could be any drug via needle
Not everyone who uses needles does it to themselves. It can be tricky, requires a steady hand, and lots of practice. Some don't want to learn how to hit themselves for fear of overdoing it or overdosing and use an admin as a buffer.
