When you put a tard in charge of a task. This tard will be a completely stupid and useless ass nigga who can't do shit. Examples include: avetard, cottard, ou tard, caltard, and bart tard but there are many more eligible tards too.

I put york in charge of doing the GTA mission to start the heist, but i should have known better than to leave that task for a tard-charge.

Motel located on Classen Blvd in Norman. Shitty ass motel filled with ou tards that you should never go to because it has tard DNA. This motel also seems ghetto asf and just looks like trash.

I stayed at Tard Motel once and it was so bad, there were dead bugs and blood stains everywhere.

This is what we call a guarantee that is made by any of the tard fam members. This is the most useless and hopeless guarantee ever. Usually anytime a tard fam member makes a guarantee of any sorts, you can take all your money to Vegas and bet on the opposite happening with supreme confidence.
