it's a geeky way of incorporating the metric system into american currency. Deca means ten so a decadollar is just ten dollars hectadollar would be onehundred milidollar would be one thousand etc.

An expression used when explaining how devoid of life something is, how a prisoner isn't going to survive their prison sentence, or how dead something/person is.

(Dylann Roof was a neo-nazi who went and shotup a black church in charleston south carolina and killed 9 people with the intent to start a race war, he then was convicted of all 33 counts against him and many are eligible for the death sentence and even if Roof is somehow given only a life sentence, the general population is sure to kill him)
