a licensed individual that collects information from a buyer in order to determine what loan program best fits their specific scenario. Then they shop for the best rate options for the buyer in order to get them the best loan terms. Unlike banks we can shop with multiple investors and offer options not typically available at traditional banks. (example: Bank statement loans, Investor Cash Flow loans, and more)

By using a Mortgage Broker I was able to get a better interest rate and save thousands on my mortgage loan.
