A saying used during Shakespearean times where it was used as a way of saying "Im bloody Pissed of mate". Other interpretations could be seen as "How very dare you" and "I KEEL YOU".

I passed a one thumb driver on their cell phone who didn't have a clue they were holding up traffic.
