Get the shortmug. The acceptable weather specifications under which shorts are permitted to be worn by males. The regulations in particular state that under no circumstances should shorts be worn in sub-freezing temperatures of below 32 degrees Fahrenheit, or 0 degrees Celsius. Weather conditions (rain, snow, etc.) are irrelevant.
