One of the most useful words to ever be invented in the English language, though it's origins are shrouded in mystery. A more sophisticated and posh version of "brah" though the meanings are similar. Can be used to express almost every emotion known to man from anger and sadness to happiness and even ecstasy.

1. When somebody says something incredibly stupid
Example:

Me: Bruh

2. When somebody gets roasted or messes up
Example:

Friend: Who's Joe Moma
Everyone: BRUH

The term 'bruh' originates from the San Francisco Bay Area from the early 2010's
It derives from the word brother but has absolutely no correlation to it.
